Ayana John (born March 10, 1986) is a Barbadian singer-songwriter, known for her eclectic mix of various musical genres including R&B, pop, soul and reggae.

Ayana received her first Barbados Music Awards (BMA) nomination for Best Dance Single, ‘Bajan Story’in 2006. In 2007, she released her solo self-penned effort, Guns and Roses, which received another nomination at The BMAs for Best Music Video.

This was followed up by the single ‘Paper Chase’ in 2008. This single featured Barbadian Reggae Artiste LRG, and received a record 15,000 downloads on the local download site, Gotrhythm.com, making it the highest downloaded locally produced song, to date.

Ayana John travels with her backing band - a group of talented young musicians called BLUE the Band.
